Join me for Sounds of Savasana, a 75-minute restorative yoga and sound healing journey designed to help you unwind, reset, and deeply relax. This is more than just a yoga class—it’s a full-body and mind experience where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls harmonize with gentle, supported postures, guiding you into deep rest.

What is Restorative Yoga?

Imagine floating effortlessly on calm waters—this is the essence of restorative yoga. Unlike more active styles of yoga, restorative yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and fully surrender. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we’ll settle into each pose for 5-10 minutes at a time, giving your body space to release tension and find stillness. This practice is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, and nurture their nervous system.

What is Sound Healing?

Think of sound healing as the song of the ocean meeting the rhythm of your breath. As you rest in each pose, I’ll play crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, creating a gentle vibrational wave that moves through your body, clearing stuck energy and inviting deep relaxation. The sounds resonate at specific frequencies that align with the body’s energy centers (chakras), helping to bring you into balance, peace, and harmony—just like the ebb and flow of the tides.

Pastures & Poses is a slow, beginner-friendly yoga experience set on a local farm, surrounded by open skies, Highland cows, and curious chickens. This is your invitation to move gently, breathe deeply, sip warm tea, and reconnect with the simple joy of being outdoors.

No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.


What to Expect

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga class designed for all levels — especially beginners or anyone craving a softer, more nourishing movement experience. The practice will focus on slow stretching, mindful breathing, and grounding poses that help settle the nervous system and invite ease into the body.

After yoga, you’ll be invited to linger.

Sip on a warm cup of tea, wander the farm at your own pace, and enjoy relaxed time with the animals. There’s no rush here — this part of the experience is about slowing down, smiling, and soaking in the peaceful energy that only nature (and cows 🐄) can offer.

Hi, I’m Dr. Sandi, founder of Beach Meets Wellness.

As an educator, yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner, my work is rooted in supporting emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care—especially for those who spend their lives caring for others.

My approach is ocean-inspired, grounded, and gentle—because healing doesn’t have to be hard to be meaningful.

This immersive experience will use the soothing tones of crystal alchemy singing bowls and other blissful sounds to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. There is nothing to do, nothing to fix, and nowhere to be.

This sound bath is an invitation to:
