1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or engaging in any services or purchasing any products offered by Beach Meets Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or booking services

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and services.

User Conduct

You agree to use this website and services respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

2. Services & Offerings

Beach Meets Wellness provides wellness-based services and products including, but not limited to:

• In-studio, beach, private, and virtual yoga sessions

• Sound healing sessions and experiences

• Workshops, series, retreats, and special events

• Corporate and private wellness offerings

• Retail products (including crystal bowls, sage, alternative healing tools, and merchandise)

• Digital courses, downloadable materials, and online content

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time.

3. Bookings and Payments

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Class and Private Bookings: All bookings for classes, appointments, and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for regular classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund as a credit. Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows for regular classes may forfeit payment or credits.

Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

At Beach Meets Wellness, each experience is thoughtfully curated and capacity is intentionally limited to preserve the integrity and intimacy of our offerings.

For this reason, all purchases are final. We do not provide monetary refunds.

When advance notice is provided within the timeframes below, eligible cancellations may receive studio credit only, to be applied toward a future offering.

Studio credit:

• Holds no cash value

• Is non-transferable

• Must be used within the stated timeframe

• Will not be extended once expired

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

We are unable to make exceptions outside of this policy.

Classes & Group Experiences

(In-Studio, Beach, or Virtual)

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive studio credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions are not eligible for credit.

• Approved credits are valid for 90 days unless otherwise specified.

Private Sessions

(Private Yoga, Sound Healing, Corporate or Specialty Bookings)

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to receive studio credit.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments are not eligible for credit.

• Credits are valid for 90 days.

Workshops, Series, Special Events & Retreats

These offerings require advance preparation and often have limited capacity.

• All registrations are final as these tend to be one-time events/offerings.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may receive studio credit at the discretion of Beach Meets Wellness.

• Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for credit.

• If Beach Meets Wellness cancels an event, participants will receive studio credit.

Digital Courses & Downloadable Content

Digital products are delivered electronically and accessible upon purchase. Thus, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Access to digital content is licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed. Unauthorized use may result in revoked access without refund or credit.

Retail Products

(Merchandise, including but not limited to: Crystal Bowls and Sound Healing Instruments, and Alternative Healing Tools)

All retail purchases are final. If an item arrives damaged, notice must be provided within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation to sandi@beachmeetswellness.com. Approved claims may be eligible for studio credit or product replacement, at the discretion of Beach Meets Wellness.

Beach Meets Wellness is not responsible for improper use, storage, or handling of purchased products.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, videos, audio recordings, graphics, branding, and written materials are the intellectual property of Beach Meets Wellness and are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Medical Disclaimer: Our wellness services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Health Conditions: You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation in our services.

All services provided by Beach Meets Wellness are for educational and wellness purposes only.

Yoga, sound healing, meditation, movement practices, and alternative wellness tools are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating in any offering, you:

• Confirm you are physically and mentally capable of participation

• Accept full responsibility for your health and well-being

• Acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks

• Agree to consult a physician regarding any medical concerns PRIOR to participating in any offering.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Meets Wellness, its owner, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in services, use of facilities, virtual participation, or use of purchased products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beach Meets Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. In all cases, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service or product.

You agree to release and hold harmless Beach Meets Wellness from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation or use.
