This 6-week series is designed to help you feel comfortable in your body, confident on your mat, and supported every step of the way.
This isn’t a typical yoga class.
It’s a small, welcoming group experience where you’ll be guided slowly, with care and intention.

Week 1: Arriving on the Mat
Gently explore foundational movements and begin to connect with your body and breath.
Week 2: The Heart of Yoga
A simple, approachable look at the deeper meaning of yoga and how it supports balance in everyday life.
Week 3: The Breath as Your Anchor
Learn calming breathing techniques to reduce stress and create a sense of ease—on and off the mat.
Week 4: Support & Ease with Props
Discover how props can make yoga more accessible, comfortable, and supportive for your body.
Weeks 5 & 6: Gentle Flow & Integration
Bring everything together through slow, guided practices that build confidence and trust in yourself.
