Whether it be Koshi chimes, ocean drums, or Kanari beads, allow yourself to take in these moments to truly slow down, and reset your nervous system.
Bring your yoga mat and any pillows or blankets that can provide you with ultimate comfort. If you tend to get chilly, you may also want to bring some socks.
