Restorative Yoga is a practice of complete support and relaxation, where the body is gently placed into comfortable positions using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Each posture is designed to be held with little to no effort, allowing the body to fully release tension and the nervous system to shift into a state of rest and restoration.
Unlike Yin Yoga, which creates a gentle stretch in the tissues, Restorative Yoga is focused on total ease and stillness, with the goal of replenishing both body and mind.
This experience is paired with the soothing resonance of sound healing, as crystal singing bowls and soft tones wash over you—helping to quiet mental chatter, deepen relaxation, and create a sense of inner calm.
