Morning Yin

Begin your morning with intention, softness, and space.

Morning Yin Yoga offers a gentle and mindful start to your day through 60-minutes of slow, sustained stretches and intentional stillness. In this practice, postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gradually open while targeting the deeper connective tissues rather than just the muscles.

This slower approach not only supports physical flexibility, but also encourages a calm, steady nervous system, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and clear as you move into your day.

You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, using the breath as an anchor, and allowing each posture to unfold naturally over time.

A quiet, nourishing way to awaken the body and return to yourself.

Blocks, blankets, and bolsters will be available in the studio, FCFS.
