Candlelight Yin

As the day comes to a close, you’re invited to soften into stillness.

Candlelight Yin Yoga is a 60-minute slow, meditative practice that focuses on long-held, passive postures, typically held for several minutes at a time. Unlike more active styles of yoga that engage and strengthen muscles, Yin Yoga works more deeply into the connective tissues—such as fascia, ligaments, and joints—helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and energetic flow throughout the body.

In the quiet glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided into shapes that are supported and accessible, allowing the body to gradually release without force or strain. The stillness of the practice also creates space for the mind to settle, offering a deeply grounding and introspective experience.
