I’m a professor, counselor, and wellness expert, but at my core, I’m someone who’s deeply passionate about helping others reclaim their balance, prevent burnout, and live with more intention. A Little About My Journey

My path to wellness wasn’t always smooth sailing. I’ve experienced the toll that stress and overwhelm can take, especially when you’re trying to do it all. Over the years, I’ve learned how to anchor myself through mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connections—and now I’m on a mission to share these tools with others.

I’ve been fortunate to spend more than 15 years working in education, mental health, and wellness. Along the way, I’ve developed a unique approach that blends evidence-based strategies with yoga, mindfulness, and the calming inspiration of the ocean. My work isn’t just about addressing burnout or stress; it’s about creating space for connection, growth, and happiness. True WELLNESS!
